Referral Bonus Policy

Referral Bonus Program

From time to time, Arc Medical may offer a referral bonus to individuals who introduce healthcare professionals who subsequently undertake locum work through Arc Medical. Participation in this program is subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

A referral may be eligible for a referral bonus where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• the referrer introduces a healthcare professional to Arc Medical before Arc Medical has commenced any recruitment discussions with that individual;
• the referral is submitted directly to Arc Medical in writing (including email, WhatsApp or another approved written communication);
• the referral clearly identifies:
  • the referrer's name;
  • the referred individual's name; and
  • sufficient contact details to enable Arc Medical to contact the referred individual;
• Arc Medical acknowledges receipt of the referral;
• the referred individual successfully completes all onboarding and compliance requirements; and
• the referred individual completes a minimum of 10 locum shifts, with each shift being a minimum of 8 hours.

Referral Documentation

To be eligible for consideration, Arc Medical must have a written record of the referral received before the referred individual is engaged by Arc Medical. Verbal recommendations, informal conversations, introductions made through social media, or claims submitted after recruitment has commenced will not constitute a valid referral unless independently verified by Arc Medical.

Existing Candidates

A referral bonus will not be payable where the referred individual:

• is already known to Arc Medical;
• has previously registered with Arc Medical;
• has previously submitted a CV, application or expression of interest;
• has previously contacted Arc Medical regarding employment opportunities;
• is already participating in recruitment discussions with Arc Medical;
• has previously completed work through Arc Medical; or
• already exists within Arc Medical's CRM or recruitment database at the time the referral is received.

Referral Bonus Payment

Where Arc Medical determines that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied, a referral bonus of up to AUD $1,000 may be paid.

Referral bonus payments will only be considered once:

• the referred healthcare professional has completed at least 10 qualifying locum shifts;
• all client timesheets have been approved;
• Arc Medical has received payment for those shifts from the relevant client; and
• there are no outstanding compliance or contractual issues relating to the engagement.

Payments will generally be made within 30 days of the above requirements being satisfied.

Multiple Referrals

Where more than one person claims to have referred the same individual, Arc Medical will determine eligibility based on the earliest documented referral received.

No more than one referral bonus will be paid in respect of the same referred individual.

Verification

Arc Medical reserves the right to verify all referrals and request any information reasonably required to determine eligibility.

Arc Medical may refuse a referral bonus where it reasonably believes:

• the referral does not comply with this policy;
• misleading or inaccurate information has been provided;
• the referral was made after recruitment activity had already commenced; or
• payment would otherwise be inconsistent with the purpose of this program.

Changes to the Program

Arc Medical may amend, suspend or withdraw this Referral Bonus Program at any time.

Nothing in this policy creates a contractual entitlement to a referral bonus. Referral bonuses are offered at Arc Medical's discretion and are subject to this policy as amended from time to time.
